本《隱私權政策》是為了協助使用者（您）了解在使用智采科技股份有限公司（以下稱「智采科技」）所擁有的「CheerLife 生活趣兒」APP（以下稱「本APP」）時，智采科技及本APP所涉及的資料收集、處理、利用與保護，包括收集的資訊類型和收集理由、使用資訊的方式、使用者資訊的存取與更新等事項。隱私權保護對您十分重要，建議您在使用本APP前詳細閱讀本《隱私權政策》。當您開始使用本APP，即表示您瞭解並同意本《隱私權政策》的內容。

This Privacy Policy is designed to help you (the user) understand how WisdomPick Technology Co., Ltd. ("WisdomPick") collects, processes, uses, and protects data when you use the "CheerLife" APP ("this APP"), including the types of information collected, reasons for collection, how information is used, and how to access and update your information. Privacy protection is very important to you. We recommend that you read this Privacy Policy carefully before using this APP. By using this APP, you acknowledge and agree to the contents of this Privacy Policy.

本《隱私權政策》適用於您使用「CheerLife 生活趣兒」APP時，智采科技所涉及的資料收集、處理、利用與保護事項。本《隱私權政策》不適用於本APP以外的相關連結網站，也不適用於非智采科技所委託或參與管理的人員。

This Privacy Policy applies to data collection, processing, use, and protection by WisdomPick when you use the "CheerLife" APP. This Privacy Policy does not apply to linked websites outside this APP, nor to personnel not commissioned or involved in management by WisdomPick.

• 1 您提供或您所屬企業提供的資訊。包括但不限於您的電子郵件地址、員工工號、電話號碼等，將儲存在您的本APP帳戶中。 Information provided by you or your company, including but not limited to your email address, employee ID, phone number, etc., which will be stored in your APP account.
• 2 智采科技會經由您使用本APP的內容及方式收集相關資訊，資訊包括但不限於：
  • 裝置資訊：例如您的裝置硬體型號、作業系統版本、裝置的唯一識別碼，以及包括電話號碼在內的行動網路資訊等。本APP並會將您的裝置識別碼或電話號碼與您的本APP帳戶建立連結。
  • 位置資訊：當您使用本APP時，智采科技會收集您實際所在位置的相關資訊。智采科技會使用各種技術判斷您的所在位置，包括IP位址、GPS和其他感應裝置等。
  • 紀錄資訊：當您使用本APP或瀏覽本APP提供的內容，智采科技會自動收集此類資訊並儲存在伺服器中，包括裝置活動資訊（當機資料、系統活動、硬體設定、瀏覽器類型等）以及Cookie和類似技術。
  WisdomPick collects information through your use of this APP, including but not limited to:
  • Device information: such as hardware model, OS version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information including phone number. The APP will link your device identifier or phone number to your account.
  • Location information: When you use this APP, WisdomPick collects information about your actual location using various technologies including IP address, GPS, and other sensors.
  • Log information: When you use this APP or browse its content, WisdomPick automatically collects and stores such information on servers, including device activity (crash data, system activity, hardware settings, browser type) and cookies and similar technologies.

• 1 智采科技會將收集到的資訊用於提供、維持、保護與改善本APP服務、提升您的使用體驗、保護本APP和本APP使用者、或開發新的服務。智采科技也會運用這些資訊，針對您的需求提供個人化的內容，例如提供您所在位置附近商家的資訊及優惠。 WisdomPick uses collected information to provide, maintain, protect, and improve APP services, enhance your experience, protect the APP and its users, or develop new services. WisdomPick also uses this information to provide personalized content based on your needs, such as information about nearby merchants and offers.
• 2 當您與本APP聯絡時，智采科技會留存您的通訊紀錄，以協助解決您遇到的任何問題。智采科技可能會使用您的電子郵件地址，通知您本APP服務的相關事項，例如本《隱私權政策》的重大變更等。 When you contact this APP, WisdomPick retains your communication records to help resolve any issues. WisdomPick may use your email address to notify you of APP service-related matters, such as significant changes to this Privacy Policy.
• 3 除非適用下列任一情況，否則智采科技不會與第三人分享您的個人資訊：
  • 供外部處理：提供、維持、保護與改善本APP服務。如因業務需求有必要委託第三人提供服務時，智采科技會嚴格要求其遵守保密義務。
  • 基於法律原因：如果智采科技有合理理由且基於善意相信，為執行適用本APP《使用條款》或本《隱私權政策》之事項、偵測防止詐欺或安全問題、依司法單位或政府機關合法的調閱要求而有必要時。
  • 智采科技可能會對外公開並與合作夥伴分享不含身分識別內容的資訊。
  • 如果智采科技涉及合併、收購事宜或出售資產，智采科技將繼續嚴守任何個人資訊之保密，並於個人資訊移轉前先行通知受影響的使用者。
  WisdomPick will not share your personal information with third parties unless one of the following applies:
  • External processing: To provide, maintain, protect, and improve APP services. When third-party services are necessary, WisdomPick strictly requires compliance with confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal reasons: When WisdomPick reasonably and in good faith believes it is necessary to enforce the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, detect/prevent fraud or security issues, or comply with lawful requests from judicial or government authorities.
  • WisdomPick may publicly share non-personally identifiable information with partners.
  • If WisdomPick is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, it will continue to maintain confidentiality of personal information and notify affected users before any transfer.

Accessing and Updating Your Personal Information

• 1 智采科技將盡力使您能夠存取自己的個人資訊，若該資訊有誤，智采科技並會盡力提供管道讓您可迅速更新或刪除資訊，但若智采科技基於正當業務或法律目的考量必須保存該資訊時，則不在此限。當您更新您的個人資訊時，智采科技會請您先驗證身分。 WisdomPick will endeavor to allow you to access your personal information. If the information is incorrect, WisdomPick will provide channels for you to quickly update or delete it, unless retention is required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Identity verification will be required when updating personal information.
• 2 智采科技有權拒絕處理可能危害其他使用者隱私權、需要過多技術人力、過度繁複或不切實際、或其他智采科技有合理理由認為將花費過高成本的存取、更新或刪除要求。 WisdomPick reserves the right to refuse access, update, or deletion requests that may endanger other users' privacy, require excessive technical resources, are overly complex or impractical, or would incur unreasonably high costs.
• 3 除非相關作業過於繁複，否則智采科技不會就資訊存取、更新或刪除收取費用。當您從智采科技的服務中刪除資訊後，智采科技可能不會立即將殘餘檔案副本從伺服器中刪除，也可能不會從備份系統移除該資訊。 Unless the operation is overly complex, WisdomPick will not charge fees for information access, update, or deletion. After you delete information from WisdomPick's services, residual copies may not be immediately removed from servers or backup systems.

智采科技將盡力保護所持有的本APP使用者相關資訊，防止非法或未經授權的存取、刪除、處理、利用、竄改、揭露或毀損。

WisdomPick will endeavor to protect APP user information from illegal or unauthorized access, deletion, processing, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

• 1 智采科技會不定時審查本APP收集、儲存、處理資訊的方法及措施。 WisdomPick periodically reviews the methods and measures for collecting, storing, and processing information.
• 2 智采科技僅允許為了達成本APP服務目的而有必要知悉本APP使用者相關資訊的智采科技及關係企業員工、承包商和代理人存取及處理該等資訊，且前述人員均須遵守嚴格的保密義務。 WisdomPick only allows employees, contractors, and agents of WisdomPick and its affiliates who need to know user information for APP service purposes to access and process such information. All such personnel must comply with strict confidentiality obligations.
• 3 為保障您的隱私及安全，您的APP帳號資料會用密碼保護。請妥善保管您的密碼及任何個人資料，不要提供給其他人。本APP絕不會在未事先通知您的情況下以電話或電子郵件詢問您的密碼。 To protect your privacy and security, your APP account data is password-protected. Please keep your password and personal information secure and do not share them with others. This APP will never ask for your password by phone or email without prior notice.

變更

Changes

智采科技有權隨時修訂本《隱私權政策》，本《隱私權政策》變更時將公布於本APP內[會員資訊]的頁面上，建議您隨時關注及閱讀；如果屬於重大變更，智采科技會以更明顯的方式（如本APP彈跳視窗、公告訊息）通知您。智采科技不會在未經您明確同意的情況下，即縮減本《隱私權政策》賦予您的權利。智采科技並會將本《隱私權政策》的舊版加以封存，方便您回顧。

WisdomPick reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be published on the [Member Information] page within the APP. For significant changes, WisdomPick will notify you through more prominent means (such as pop-up windows or announcements). WisdomPick will not reduce the rights granted to you by this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. Previous versions of this Privacy Policy will be archived for your reference.

準據法與管轄

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

本《隱私權政策》的解釋及適用均以中華民國法律為準，並以台灣新竹地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

The interpretation and application of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China, with the Hsinchu District Court of Taiwan as the court of first instance.
